The old man was on the streets of Baltimore, leaning on a railing in front of what use to be the old Gas & Electric building that since has been restored to the amusement center Six Flags. My friend Mark and i were walking the streets when we came apon him.I remember trying to speak with him but recieved no reply. My mom working downtown recogonized the man and said that her friends new of him and said that he was worth alot of money. We will never know.
